The SCITI Labs process seeks to revolutionize the way some areas of federal R&D are conducted by introducing a new innovation procurement process that is complementary to existing processes. The Smart City Internet of Things Innovation (SCITI) Labs platform provides a comprehensive, integrated, and secure analytics platform that helps government agencies to accelerate their innovation initiatives. The platform enables stakeholders throughout the innovation ecosystem to benefit from the SCITI Labs innovation.
