Step 1:

Create two sheets in Excel. One for your data, and one for your lookup table.

Step 2:

Connect to your excel datasource.

Step 3:

Drag in your data table, then click the dropdown to open the physical table.

Step 4:

Drag in your lookup table, and left join on [Region] = [Region]
